Causes of excessive head sweating

Sweating is normal body condition that helps in regulating the body temperature. Hyperhidrosis is a state of body in which it starts generating excess of sweat. The sweating can be any where in the body. It is more in some of the places like underarm, under the breast, and between the legs. This is because these parts contain thick and high concentration of sweating glands. This sweat has a large amount of fatty chemicals in it. The bacteria on the surface of the skin can break these chemicals. This is responsible for body odor. The other parts of body where there is an excess of sweating are hands, foot, forehead, and neck. Excessive sweating can be a symptom of many medical conditions like an overactive thyroid gland, tuberculosis, gout, parasites, and metabolic dysfunction.

Causes of Excessive head sweating:

Many of the people get more sweat in their head than any other part. It is a symptom of a severe health problem. Most of the patients with artificial fibrillation face this problem. It is very difficult to treat this problem. Excessive sweating can be because of hormone imbalances in the body. This causes significant sweating from the face. The improper function of thyroid also leads to excessive head sweating. Head injuries may lead to excessive head sweating. When there is more stress on the mind causes excessive head sweating. So it is advised to the patients to keep there mind constant and stable and do not give much strain to mind. Cancer or lymphoma problems can also cause excessive head sweating. Excessive head sweating can be a chronic problem.

Treatment of excessive head sweating:

There are many ways and steps to treat hyperhidrosis but there is no particular treatment for head sweating. Botox injections can be taken to avoid excessive head sweating for a short period of time. The treatment may cause side effects like dry mouth, blurry vision, and constipation. So many people are afraid of taking a treatment of excessive sweating. Systemic medications are not a good long-term treatment. Treating an excessive head sweating is difficult than the other treatment.
