Though most of us never think about it, exercise is a key factor in many cases of infertility. Exercising too much or too little can really impact your body's natural fertility which can prevent you from becoming pregnant. Women and over exercise

Over exercise is a major cause in women for infertility. Men who over exercise and become underweight can also experience lower sperm mortality and poor sperm morphology.

Exercising 30 minutes a day, three to four days a weeks, can help your way to pregnancy. When paired with a healthy diet and good self-care, exercise can stimulate fertility and many help you could conceive. Your sperm count increases in thus helps you.
